Mitchell is a licensed and registered physiotherapist in good standing with the NL College of Physiotherapists and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from MUN and his Master’s degree in physical therapy from Queen’s University.

Mitchell was born and raised in Labrador City, then moved to Carbonear with his family as a teenager. After working in Alberta and Nova Scotia, he and his partner Jess decided to put down roots in Carbonear and begin a practice of their own.

Mitchell enjoys fostering partnerships with his clients and working together to achieve their goals. He believes thorough assessment and communication are essential to tailoring an effective and individualized treatment plan. In his free time, Mitchell enjoys watching sports, hiking, and camping.

Aaron was born and raised in Carbonear, Newfoundland before attending Memorial University of Newfoundland where he did a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (Nutrition). He then went on to do a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Thereafter he worked at a sports physiotherapy clinic in Prince Edward Island, and then a large multidisciplinary clinic in Kelowna, BC before making the move back home.

Aaron grew up in Carbonear playing a variety of sports and musical instruments. He currently likes to live and promote a healthy lifestyle through fitness, activity and a balanced diet - everything in moderation ;)

He centres his treatments around each individual patient, and uses combinations of manual therapy, soft tissue techniques, movement strategies, therapeutic exercise, and needling. Aaron also believes that patient education is key in helping people understand their bodies, prevent future injuries, and successful aging! With a passion for learning, Aaron has taken post graduate courses in orthopedics, movement systems impairments, dry needling, and has a clinical interest in helping people with chronic pain.
